Call your MP (and Senator?) today and tell them you DEMAND that premiers (and cabinets) must be subject to the CSIS Security Check, and all the high level politicians MUST pass the security clearance with flying colours, or be denied access to any government building and information. Ideally they would be banned from running in an election.

Huge news this morning. The federal government has announced the final phase of the NDP Canada Dental Care Plan, which my NDP colleagues and I fought so hard for. As of May, the plan will cover ALL Canadians who don’t have insurance and whose household income after taxes is less than $90,000.

He should've offered a renewed "supply agreement" to the Liberals, and to not to run anyone against Carney in a selected liberal-anyway seat to get him into the house of commons. In doing that he could've extended his fortunes as leader and maybe recovered a bit, taking credit for a unity face against Trumpism.

These NDP are a disgrace to their left wing base, disconnected from Canadian interests and rightfully hemorrhaging votes in the process.

We Americanized our food and drug and consumer safety regulations. Now, why not harmonize with the #eu instead? They are much better rules! That would help shift our trade, punish the USA, improve our health (and costs thereof), and be a major boost to our relationship with the EU.
It would take a long time to implement right, but it's an amazing win/win.
