An old trunk. There's a few of these strewn around the various barns and sheds. They all have one thing in common: They kept whatever was inside dry and safe from rodents.

Perhaps not so practical as a modern closet, but for long term storage (decades I would guess in this case), they're awesome.

No idea why they have fallen out of use.

A wooden trunk with metal bands. The green paint is only partially there, the metal bands have gaps and the bottom has been patched with some galvalum. There's a lock that probably doesn't work anymore. It's sitting in a barn on top of a wooden bench with rotten legs.

A mossy #trunk from #Chodzież.

A thick mossy dual tree trunk. Both trunks are connected and cut straight. The left one seems to be twice the diameter, slightly bent to the left, the right one is cut a little bit shorter. They are covered in greenish brown bark, the right one got a bit chipped off near the top, in the front. From their protruding roots almost to the top (in the right one) the front is covered in thick, juicy green moss.

The ground around them is covered in brown leaves. A dense forest is visible in the background, with narrow, tall trees. Some of them are also covered in moss, and to a surprising height. Between them, the bright blue of the sky can be seen.
