27 years after leaving my public school teaching job and 8 months (to the day) since I applied to get back into the Hawai’i DOE, I started a new job that will hopefully make it safer for students and staff alike to be on campus.

After all these years of knocking around different industries and collecting some amazing experiences, I get to put it to good use in an organization that means so much to me.
