A time lapse from last Friday showing how the clouds were moving in different directions at different heights. Higher clouds are moving north while lower clouds are moving east.
I don't know if these are considered shelf clouds or wall clouds (perhaps someone on Masto can say), but they frequently sit right at the top of the Bighorn mountains and add to an already beautiful landscape.
And as an added bonus, the wind isn't even blowing today.
So once again I was standing in front of one of my favorite motifs. My good old lonetrees. Just as the little protagonist in “The Sixth Sense” saw ghosts everywhere, I see these woody creatures everywhere. Well, you have to have some kind of talent.
Recently I've been thinking in color and so the squeaky yellow rape field was a welcome stage and the cloudy blue sky a welcome curtain. So I dived into the viewfinder and . . .
“Wait! Before you go back to exclusively reeling off your classic lonetree compositions, why don't you play with a bit with Bokeh! Ok. I'll give it a try and . . .“
And what can I say. This and other results bring a smile to my face. Maybe you'll like it too.
