That cetacean ops in ST:Prodigy raises so many questions. I get that it is canon but oh wow how do you handle that during an all hands abandon ship? Do you just leave it there? Do the cetaceans get some sort of hazard pay?

I kinda miss the weekly release, so there'd be less of a rush to avoid spoilers, and so we could more easily discuss the episodes on an episode-by-episode basis. Kinda wish we had an #UpsAndDowns from #TrekCulture for each individual episode...
Okay... I was not expecting that character to show up in #STProdigy 
I know I am enjoying season two of #StarTrek #Prodigy so far (just finished watching #STProdigyS2E06), but I'm curious if it's still enjoyable to the original target audience, or if they've focused too much on tie-ins to #STVoyager and too much #temporalMechanics for a younger audience...
I just shed a little tear because I am going to miss #STProdigy. There were some truly great bits of Trek in there and I like that it kept the original utopian Roddenberrian vision going.
I'd rate it below #StrangeNewWorlds but slightly above #Discovery and way, way, waaaaay above #Picard in terms of #NuTrek

Serious chops, voice acting can soooo easily sound flat or hollow.
The irony of #CaptainJaneway's hologram in #STProdigy ordering the kids to run away from the borg when she's based on CAPTAIN JANEWAY, #Starfleet captain who stared down the borg to the point of it being a joke in the fandom back in the 90s is just *chefs kiss* (s1e12)
I want more #StarTrek #LowerDecks, #StrangeNewWorlds, and #STProdigy. Stop making #DarkTrek crap, I don't want shows like #Section31 unless they are somehow magically going to make it #SciFiOptimism, and #FamilyTV or #PostiveTV

And, like the best Pixar / kids stuff, removing the "adult" playthings makes the writers focus and come up with better storylines.
