Got tired of ink sample vials falling over every time I reached for ink, so I printed a sample vial rack.
Not completely happy with it, though. Lots of stringing on the legs and they wobbled a bit as it printed the upper parts. I'm fairly certain it's the model or the print orientation (standing). It doesn't need to be pretty, though, just functional, and it's fine. Fits where I needed it to go, too. If this breaks I'll find a better one.
@jimp not bad. Nice and pretty (better esthetics than most of my designs).
When you do your next rev, look into a base with circular indents for the bottom of the vials and then the main layer 1/2 or 1/3 of the way from the bottom instead of just below the lids. That holds them well but then allows for them to shift out of the way when you try to grab one.
(Found this out when I made a hex oriented tray for my wife's sample box so that it would hold 100 instead of 80)

I didn't design this one, just printed an existing model. If I make my own or look for a different one I'll definitely keep that in mind, though!
@jimp Once you're ready for more (only 8 ink samples?!?! you need to join in on some sample exchanges) let me know. I can knock something out fairly quickly and then the community can benefit.
