Anyone having this problem with Mastodon?

On my instance by @stux the version is v4.3.0-alpha.5 and can't follow back user

When I click on follow back it is showing message "are you sure you want to unfollow"

@stux Same after refresh. I also checked the following tab on my profile and the user is not listed there
