Went looking for the rice to refill kitchen container. If there's a UK rice shortage this year I'll apologise now. We have more than 25kg of rice in the house.

I have about that much rice (but I don't live in the UK). One thing I love about rice is how well it keeps; keep it dry, in insect-proof (well, mostly) containers, and check on it regularly, and it's great.
