If I had a driveway, PV and batteries as well as lived fairly close to major thoroughfare I would look into installing a commercial EV charging station at the end of my driveway if for no other reason to let my neighbors use it, but also just as a form of EV advertisement.

I considered that, but the installation costs would be too high and more importantly I’m not really close to a major thoroughfare and there “isn't anywhere for anyone to go whilst they're charging” (they could of course go for a very pleasant walk).
