Happy Monday everyone!
Coming out of a brief lull in activity, I have a #readoftheday for you! This comes from a CYFIRMA article that takes a look at the APT #VoltTyphoon. They share vulnerabilities that have been recently exploited and (my favorite part) recent #TTPs and #behaviors that are associated with the group! I like how well it is documented that I am not even going to recreate it here! I will definitely diving back into their archives to see if there are more of these profile articles! Enjoy and Happy Hunting!

I’m facilitating my partner through a mini-workshop on defining & operationalizing her core values. It’s inspiring me to reflect on my own once again, re-reading my blog post on doing the exercises myself.
The #process comes from Brené Brown’s book Dare to Lead. For me, these #exercises feel simple but certainly not easy.
1. Name your core #values
2. Turn them into #behaviors
3. Identify #support structures
4. #Operationalize your values
Going through this process changed my life. Through it, I’ve found a level of clarity into who I want to be that provides a North Star for making decisions every day.
Check out the blog post for more on my #journey with these. And I’m here to talk, if you feel called to connect with me.
May you be happy, at peace, free, and loved!
Thank you, Dr. Brown
