Не розуміємо про що ми? То й і не треба. Ей, верховний головнокомандувач, в нас всього тільки кілька дурних питань:
1. Ми солдатів вчимо на Заході?
2. Ми іноземних інструкторів віикористовуємо?
3. Тоді чому ми не використовуємо іноземних командирів? Хоча б для навчання цих лампасних павіанів з радянщини і вироблення, підготування планів, розбирання і контроль за їх виконанням?
