I’ve been avoiding reading about the Club Q shooting. I’ve felt bad about it. Thought: this should be all you read and talk about. Only now, after finally listening to some news about it, I realize I’ve been protection myself.
After the shooting in Oslo at London Pub, it’s just too close, too near, too real, too terrifying. I feel I should be stronger than this, but I’m not.

I'm trying to just go about my day but how can I just put what happened in Colorado Springs last night out of my mind? There's so much mourning to do. I don't know what to say, except that I am here. Rep. Lauren Boebert, runner-up for Congress’, Miss Uncongeniality award, said in a Tweet about the horrific #ClubQShooting ,

“The news out of Colorado Springs is absolutely awful. This morning the victims & their families are in my prayers. This lawless violence needs to end and end quickly.”

This is an appropriate response. However… if she wanted the violence to end, she would stop the anti #LGBTQ rhetoric and 2nd Amendment cosplay immediately.
