First potatoes, carrots and (not the first) kohlrabi of the year along with a few garden herbs. 😁 The first ones always taste best!
And: 🎉purple potatoes!!!🎉

Here's what the purple potatoes look like, when you cut them open!

Halved purple potatoes on a cutting board. The outside of the potatoes is almost black, on the inside they are a rich dark purple, marbled with a little white.

And here's what we had for dinner:
The lettuce and beans are also from our garden.
