How's your day going so far?
I'm rocking out. Music always makes my day a little better.

Woke up, ate a bagel, and went to workout at a friend's studio. Tuesday and Thursday are balance and stretching exercises. I do the first 30 minutes standing, sometimes holding onto a chair. For the last 30 minutes, I'm in the chair. I stand again for the cool-down.
I can feel better already, after attending for 2 weeks.
I may use my cane for the rest of my life, yet it's good to work on my stamina and it feels good to move.
