@noelreports A cease fire can only happen if Russia withdraws from Ukrainian territory first. Otherwise Russia will use the break provided to strengthen it's position in the occupied territories. Suggesting a cease-fire is just creating an opportunity to blame Ukraine for not wanting peace negotiations. Why doesn't Orban go to Russia and propose withdrawal of troops to enable peace negotiations?
