The best news out of January - unfortunately, only good news for me and not the world 
- is that I managed to do nine strength training workouts, which I am pretty sure is more than any month since when I used to run and train with Nike regularly 8-10 years ago, and still ran 107 miles and did elliptical on non-running days.

I’ve been trying to do similar, but have been struggling for time. Need to prioritize it better.
@mlawton I get it, it’s not always the easiest time. Maybe you could do a few things at home so it’s easier to fit in at any hour you have free time.
