on 9/11 i was living really near the pentagon. i was a techie, and i had a cam that looked out my front window. over grace hopper park, over pentagon city mall, over 395, then a column of smoke.
i have lived with watching people walk past my house all day looking like zombies. they couldn't drive. they had to walk home.
this is much worse.

@licked yeah I never thought I would see what I have so far. Never thought I would leave this planet with things in such chaos..9/11 I was living and working in SoCal, Ventura to be exact. Beautiful coastline, LA is an hour south and Santa Barbara 30 minutes north. As luck would have it on the evening of 9/10 I had just taken delivery of a pound of Mexican. When work canceled I just sat watching tube and hitting my 3 foot, 3 chamber bong for rest of the day.
@licked the irony is, considering how much Maga hates DEI combined with their equally brain dead book bans and "fixing" school subjects etc...I really think in less than a generation they just might need that DEI stuff they hate so much..
