Recently I bought a Magic Keyboard with touch ID from a 3rd party store, the box was saying Qwerty but the hardware keys are Qwertz, return failed…
So I had to #dyi keys with sticky notes and I really like the looks of it now.
@kamalaitbrahim @luana Feel you, Kamal! I got the chance to get a M1 MacBook Pro from a colleague a few months ago – did not hesitate a second to get rid of my 2019 Intel one! – but the catch was that it has a German QWERTZ keyboard layout. Might adopt your sticky notes approach for now. But I'm sure there must be some well-designed stickers available online somewhere for the MBP keys?
@timpeix @luana Amazon has a lot of sticker keys, I live in Morocco and we constantly have to deal with 3rd parties as we still can’t buy directly from big companies like Apple, I use lot of sticky notes in my room so got this idea of writing keyboard characters and just put them on the Magic Keyboard, and it turns to be a good idea
