The usual playbook begins..
1. Not us
2. Sorry
3. Sorry, yes it was us
4. Yes it was us, but it's your fault
5. Yes it was us, it was your fault and the issue is closed.
Used by all self-respecting dictators.

Putin apologizes for Azerbaijan Airlines crash without saying Russia at fault – POLITICO

@junesim63 he never apologized for all the poorly made Russian windows his opponents are constantly falling thru…
@junesim63 a reputation so bad that guilt is guaranteed
I don't get it how headlines (BBC same) say "Putin apologizes for Azerbaijan Airlines crash without saying Russia at fault". I don't see how you can separate them. If not at fault why apologize? What am I missing?
@Su_G
My thoughts exactly!
@junesim63
@Su_G @junesim63 What's a war of aggression initiator's, a war criminal's & genocidal mass murderer's apology & admission, that his soldiery stupidly shot down a civilian aircraft worth?
(Rhetorical question)
@plactagonic Excellent. Mine is, however, shorter...
@junesim63 because you described just first few teaspoons.
How does anyone fall for this playbook. The U.S. uses it too, reminds me of the time they attacked a Doctors Without Borders hospital:
Sadly there is no justice for the victims of the Azerbaijan Airlines crash in this latest incident. Fuck Putin and his war machine!
