After 11 1/2 months, I finally completed my Joyful Meadow. What started out as a way to use my grandmother's old thread evolved into this. My tactile prozac. Scratching an itch I never knew I had. #Embroidery #IMadeThis

@gparenti that is really beautiful!
I love this. It's a work of art and a labor of love all in one.
@gparenti Incredible! I love the way you’ve done the sky, and the flower meadow beneath the cottage. It has such a sense of depth.
@gparenti
This turned out wonderful.
@gparenti - that's fantastic!
@gparenti
Absolutely fabulous job!
@gparenti this reminds me SO much of a french children's book I used to borrow from the library all the time when I was little. Thank you for the reminder, and nice work!
@gparenti oh wow, this is absolutely fabulous!!! So much love, work and talent in this, well done!
@gparenti A marvellous masterpiece
@gparenti @sinituulia This is amazing!
@gparenti That's stunning. It reminds me of Grandma Moses paintings. Thank you for sharing it.
I love that you have something so tangible & beautiful from your grandmother’s thread!!
@artcollisions you and me both! But I sure do appreciate seeing others excel in that area. Absolutely beautiful work, @gparenti
@gparenti And joyful it is!
@gparenti gorgeous. Wonderful work.
Have you purchased your own thread now?
@exlibrarykris I'll confess I had to break down and get more green. I found a giant spool at a vintage store in France last summer which will last me a lifetime. And when I went home, my sisters loaded me up with all of their unused supply. I now have more than I started with!
@gparenti welcome to the club
