If you think the west is bad there, just look around in the arabian world. They might hate Israel, but they don't like Palestine people, too. Especially inside their country. Iran has near zero palestine refugees out of 5 million in the world, but is the strongest supporter of the terrorist groups there. Compare that with Jordan, which has most refugees.
