I hear from many of the commentors on the Our Children's Trust lawsuit victory in Montana questions about why we filed it on behalf of children.

We started these lawsuits back before the #GlobalWarming had risen to such a high level that everyone of any age was expected to be impacted by it, but then as now it was undeniable that young people would certainly suffer from our fossil fuel burning in the future.
