Requiescat in pace, David Johansen. I first came to know him as the Ghost of Christmas Past in SCROOGED back in ‘88. In June of 2009, I saw a later incarnation of The New York Dolls perform in Atlanta. Such a fun show. Let’s blast “Personality Crisis” and “Trash” from that first Dolls album tonight.
