Experiments with mycelium #2

My second attempt to grow Tempeh starter. I took two new slices of store bought Tempeh and incubated them. In 36 hours I not only got great Rhizopus oligosporus mycelium on tempeh with white and black spores mycelia growth, but they also sporulated with both black and white spores showing in abundance.
Next step is to air dry these samples for a few days, then grind them down to a powder with rice flour to create the starter.
