I don't know that whatever it says will stop a CPC victory this time round. I would like to believe it won't affect the NDP overly much, but who knows...
Given how JT seems to be determined to really shit the bed well right now, it doesn't really seem like a good time for safe political moves. If he's proceeding on the basis that this could be the year the NDP finally gets to form a government, that is not remotely as crazy as it was a year ago.
