@yurnidiot I came across one like that on my way home from the store. I followed it to a crack in the pavement 2 doors from my house. Water was gurgling up. So I phoned the city who came to investigate. Water main break. They said this was the first time anyone reported a main break before it flooded the neighborhood. No prise though.
