@RogerNield Thanks! I’m trying to actively avoid this approach by cycling at least once a day. Every day! Sometimes it’s in the rain, snow or at night. Sometimes more than once a day… @cycling @rower

@ssamulczyk @cycling @rower I am very old and try to exercise everyday. Cycle or gym cycle, run, weights but not forgetting Pilates and err tai chi. Current plan is to do 5 pull-ups/chin-ups having never done one ever!

@mlabowicz Well, I live in so called „Flatpoland”, a parody of Greater Poland region’s name. The nearest „hill” is around 20km from where I live and it’s like 60m climb at best…@cycling @rower
