Yellow and orange, twin flames bright,
Raku vessels hold the light.
Winter fades, the sun ascends,
Solstice greets, the darkness ends.
Nothing like a raku firing to welcome the light. Happy Solstice to all!

You can clearly write. Please consider writing alt text for people who are not familiar with the thing pictured. I still have some sight, so can see the silhouette, and the crazed glaze. I think that both the narrowing of the necks and the crazing contribute to the "hold[ing] of the light". If you don't see that, no worries, but if you do ... please remember to "say what you see" in #AltText
@SeaMonster
I can clearly write, and did include alt text.
It sounds like you wanted a more robust description, whereas other times I've been told not to be as descriptive and just stick to the basics. I'll keep trying to figure out the right balance.
@alchemistsstudio
For #AltText the context is important. If your text was "here are a couple of pots I made" or "can't decide which of these lovely pots to buy" then the Alt text was fine. But your post was poetry. And a fully or partially sighted person (the partial depending on the sight loss) is getting information from the images which people who only have the Altatext to go on are missing. They can't appreciate how good your writing is, because you are not letting them see what you see.
@SeaMonster Thanks for taking the time to explain this to me more.
@alchemistsstudio those are amazing colors
@barrygoldman1 Thanks! I'm happy with how they turned out. I hope you are having a great weekend.
