Exactly. My only hope is that they should have gotten my signature which they of course haven't, but since most people sign by just making some sort of a cross on an electronic device it's not much to go on.

Who knows, maybe I'll encounter a helpdesk employee with a conscience yet.
But it's difficult to get mad at those callcenter employees and parcel deliverers, as they are so badly exploited themselves...
