A more defensible arrangement for his unprecedented move would have been to use the federal circuit court map. He may have started with it, but this is very different. A lot of hidden mischief ahead.

@GottaLaff Sounds like he’s adding a level of bureaucracy. I’m guessing those three regional directors will be Trump sycophants that will filter out crimes committed by Trump’s or Musks organizations. Anyone who donates to Trump gets a get out of jail card.
Ka$h Patel, his own formulation, would seem to be trying to make it harder to know what the FBI is doing and to hold it accountable. The Sgt. Schultz defense, which means he is planning to do a lot of nasty stuff for his lord and master.
