I don't have air conditioning in the house except window units in the bedrooms. No AC in my studio where I work, where collaborators inevitably want to hang out in mid summer. Tony came over last night to record bass parts, and he said it felt like being in Lee Perry's Black Ark. I used to say it was uncomfortably hot about ten days a year. Now it feels like forty or fifty days a year.
