Just a note for anyone who isn’t clear on this: this is not a matter of “loving beautiful women” or being “highly sexed” A man with the money, influence, and power that Trump claims can gratify those urges pretty easily. The itch that can’t be satisfied otherwise? … power, control, domination. He makes the point right there, it’s to “get away with things like that”
Transgression is the point.

Why force himself on unwilling women when he could buy any number of willing ones? Transgressive power. Why cozy up to Putin while he is POTUS? Transgressive power.

Put a person like that in leadership and that is exactly what you’ll get.
Some *want to put a person like that in leadership *because that is exactly what you’ll get.
Beware what you ask for: life lived under a thirst for transgressive power is never pretty.
