You know what would be cool? A modernized word processor that uses an e-ink display, stores files on a USB-C drive, with magsafe charging, and a battery. It’d be a great option for privacy-minded people that want the retro experience, but with modern sensibility. Write their great American novel in a distraction free experience, and no internet access. Print it from itself when they're done - for a fraction of the cost of a Mac or PC

LibreOffice Writer keeps crashing on me. I go to cut a section of my story and move it to another spot and it crashes. Using keyboard commands or the options menu cut/copy/paste causes it to stop working. Very weird. #writing #wordprocessor #LibreOffice

Potentially weird question. Are there any ad-free, freeware* that works on android, that's basically just Notepad? I don't want anything fancier than a plain Notepad but it's really hard to find because of the noise to content ratio. Thank you.
