RNS · How US Christian nationalists are exporting their agenda to Europe
More from RNS

It's been 4 years since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan when the US withdrew its forces. Among other things, they've banned women and girls from high schools and universities.

In that time, no country had legally recognized the Taliban regime ... until this week. And four more countries seem to be on the path to.

Diplomatic recognition is tricky. It doesn't imply "we like you" at all. I mean the USSR and USA recognized each other throughout the Cold War, so did Pakistan and Bangladesh after their genocidal war in the 1970s! But legal recognition does say "we accept you are in effect the government of that territory".

The western friendly ISIS regime of Syria is doing what old #ISIS did to #Yazidi women of #Iraq, but this time with support and backing of #EU, #NATO and #Israel.

Don't expect any feminist groups in Europe or US to raise their voices against this or any famous celebrities holding rallies to raise awareness of this outrageous atrocities. Just like Sudan and Gaza, these feminists and fake women's rights warriors don't give a rats ass about these women. Because the monsters committing those crimes are all part of the "new" new world order with Israel/KSA/UAE reshaping the region to be free from enemies of the western style facade of a free world.

"Syria’s Alawite communities are in the grip of a fear that their women and girls could be kidnapped and held as sabaya, or sex slaves. After the Assad dictatorship fell, amid revenge attacks by militias loyal to the country’s new rulers, there were reports of abductions for rape and even of forced marriage. Alawite human rights activists say that some women are still being held prisoner and that kidnappings are still happening. They accuse the Syrian authorities of being unwilling or unable to stop it."

This was a live philosophy event presented in London at the Sophia Club, from the creators of Aeon and Psyche magazines. You can find out more about the series at sophiaclub.co.

#UltraViolet, a #WomensRights organization, made a statement in response to the #SeanCombs verdict:

“This is a decisive moment for our #justice system, one which threatens to undo the sacrifice of courageous #survivors who stepped forward to share their stories in this trial, as well as to all those abused by #Diddy who weren’t able to,” said Arisha Hatch, the organization’s interim executive director.
