Finally figured out how to sync #LogicProX, through Yarns and into my Metropolix sequencer module's clock-in. That was an ordeal, then it magically worked, and I don't know what the hell I did. #Argh / #Whew
Tsunami alert canceled, and thankfully no apparent tsunami. That's the best possible ending for a tsunami alert.
They've cancelled the Tsunami Warning.
@cazabon @ehmatthes Got it finally. Forgot to import Coverage in my __init__.py and had to set PYTHONPATH to 3.13 on my system. #whew !
Thank you for your help!
We dropped off our ballots at the collection box.

Just finished Chapter 12 of the current fic (out of 37). 23/72 scenes done. And the next one should be fairly easy since it's a rewrite of something I'd written a while back. At least, I can hope so. #amWriting #whew
Got the courage up, tried and succeeded in recording my Moog + modular Franken-synth stereo audio, at the same time as my controller keyboard playing a separate track of MIDI. Now some improv can truly happen. #Whew!
okay…i dragged the hose outside, and prepared to be horrified by rampant death in my garden. based on the state of all the indoor plants, i had low hopes…
but! ofc there was some stuff which didn't make it, but my bigger, older plants & my trees were looking good, and it's mostly herbs that died…which were going to bite it at the end of the season anyway! #whew
I survived NM Back-To-School

Once many years ago when La Petite Fille was about four, we were all watching a movie on the TV. She was drawing on the floor. A scene started with lots of colorful language around Schroedinger's Cat.
Man, we were worried about what she "learned," so I gently asked about it. She explained the Schroedinger's Cat thing.
The response to a wellness check of an aged parent being, "Sorry, I was hiking in the mountains and out of cell range," can result in an immediate release of slowly built up tension... too bad you can't bottle that energy for when you need it.
Asteroid Day got off to a wild one as Earth had a very close shave from newly discovered Asteroid 2024 MK. This unusually large 156m NEO Apollo rock safely flew between Earth and the Moon this morning at 9:45 am. This was only discovered on June 16th and shows why we need earlier detection of these Near-Earth Objects.

fire mostly kept going south & east all night, and the crews kept it from getting much over 580, both of which are good things. #whew
