This is part of the largest warehouse district in the world with warehouses built on wooden foundations. I had an evening to spare here, so I decided to spend it in the HafenCity neighbourhood. This shot was my reward. A perfect blue hour on the bridge looking out to the infamous Wasserschloss.
The monumental former Glasgow and Southwestern Railway warehouse on Bell Street in Glasgow. Built in 1882, it was one of the first buildings in the city constructed using large amounts of concrete. It was converted into flats in the 1980s.
The entrance to the Beaux Arts style former warehouse at 53 Morrison Street in the Tradeston area of Glasgow. It was designed by James Ferrigan for the Scottish Cooperative Wholesale Society, and was built between 1919 and 1933.
