The fact that there are fundie far right Christians who literally think women shouldn't have the right to vote is so unhindged. Imposing your religion upon the masses is fascism, plain and simple. Plus this is anti-democratic as fuck.
We are in the blatent voter intimidation phase of a failing democracy. Trump's goons, including ICE, will be monitoring New Jersey and California polling locations. An official has openly said:
"If a dangerous criminal alien is near a polling location, they may be arrested as a result of that targeted enforcement action."
And we know ICE's definition of "dangerous criminal alien" is indistinguishable from 'looks Hispanic'. This is where we are.
