My Friday<p>🌱Es ist Freitag. Klimafreitag. Und bei uns geht es weiter mit unserer Serie an Klimaschritten. </p><p>🫛 Wenn du selber schon vegetarisch oder (öfter mal) vegan isst, fragst du dich vielleicht, wie du andere dazu motivieren kannst, dasselbe zu tun. Ein ganz einfacher Schritt: Bring sie auf den Geschmack. Zum Beispiel bei deiner nächsten Party. </p><p>🌮Du könntest einfach für ein vegetarisches oder veganes Buffet sorgen. Und dann schauen, wie gut es deinen Gästen schmeckt. </p><p>🍕Pack deine Lieblings-Plant-Based-Buffetrezepte aus, bestell rein pflanzenbasiertes Catering oder mach eine vegetarische Großbestellung beim Pizza-Blitz. Schnittstelle<p>Kirschen mit Tomatensoße</p><p>Zutaten:<br>500 g Süßkirschen<br>400 ml passierte Tomaten<br>250 ml Gemüsebrühe<br>1 Zwiebel<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>2 EL Olivenöl<br>40 g Tomatenmark<br>25 ml Agavendicksaft<br>40 ml Sojasauce<br>40 ml Zitronensaft<br>50 g Mehl<br>1 Stange Rosmarin<br>1 TL Paprikapulver<br>1 TL Kreuzkümmel<br>1 TL Oregano<br>Salz und Pfeffer</p><p>Zubereitung:<br>1. Die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch schälen und fein hacken.<br>2. Die Süßkirschen waschen, entkernen und halbieren.<br>3. Den Rosmarin kleinschneiden.<br>4. Das Olivenöl in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch darin glasig dünsten.<br>5. Mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen.<br>6. Die passierten Tomaten und den Agavendicksaft hinzufügen und gut verrühren.<br>7. Die Kirschen un den Rosmarin in die Soße geben und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.<br>8. In einer kleinen Schüssel das Mehl mit der Sojasauce und dem Zitronensaft glatt rühren. Dann mit dem Tomatenmark vermengen. Paprikapulver, Kreuzkümmel und Oregano hinzufügen und gut unterrühren.<br>10. Die Mehl-Tomatenmark-Mischung langsam in die Soße einrühren und unter ständigem Rühren aufkochen lassen.<br>11. Die Soße mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<br>12. Ein leichter Rotwein wie ein Pinot Noir oder ein Beaujolais passt gut zu diesem Gericht. Die fruchtigen Aromen des Weins harmonieren gut mit den Kirschen und der Tomatensoße. Ein kühles Bier wie ein helles Lager oder ein Pilsner kann auch eine gute Wahl sein. Das Bier löscht den Durst und die Kohlensäure sorgt für eine erfrischende Wirkung. Ein frischer Fruchtsaft wie Orangensaft oder Apfelsaft kann auch eine gute Wahl sein. Die süßen Aromen des Safts passen gut zu den Kirschen und der Tomatensoße. Ein Glas Wasser mit einer Scheibe Zitrone oder Limette kann auch eine gute Wahl sein. Das Wasser löscht den Durst und die Zitrusaromen sorgen für eine erfrischende Wirkung.
