Developed in the UK during #WWII, the Sten and its variants (which were easy and inexpensive to produce) were intensively used by anti-fascist partisans all over Europe
It was also an official sidearm for British, Canadian and Australian soldiers and thus became iconic for the fight against #Nazi Germany
The Australian Sten was the only variant manufactured with a camouflage finish by default, giving it a unique, somewhat philosophical note

I am sick and tired of homophobes and transphobes trying to turn our gay and bi kids straight, and our trans kids cis. They need to stop this deliberate grooming and detransing of children. Let children be children!
So if universities discriminate against academics expressing, say, pro-Gaza views, they can expect a similarly hefty fine from the OfS, yes?

World Athletics is to introduce chromosome testing in female atheletes to determine the presence of a 'Y' chromosome.
The reason given by the bigoted Sebastian Coe is ' "We'll doggedly protect the female category and do whatever it takes to do it." '
