Korrespondent zur SeeFischernetze aus Nylon als Delikatesse: Im Forschungszentrum Jülich wurden Bakterien gentechnisch so verändert, dass sie Nylon abbauen. Aufgegebene Netze machen aktuell einen goßen Anteil des Plastikmülls in den Meeren aus und brauchen teils hunderte Jahre, um sich zu zersetzen. Januar 2025 berichtet Ulrike Ewe über 18 Monate <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Segeltour" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Segeltour</a> zwischen den Kapverden, USA und Grönland.
