DiegoAn den Seiten und im Fahrgastraum ist der Doppeltriebwagen (DTW) 2021/20 (real) als "Zug der Demokratie" beklebt. Auf den Seitenwänden trägt er einen Spruch des einstigen BRD-Bundeskanzlers Willy Brandt ("Nichts kommt von selbst. Und nur wenig ist von Dauer.") in Deutsch und Englisch. Außerdem wirbt er als "CSD-Zug" mit seiner Farbgebung und dem Logo auf der Stirnwandtür für den Berliner Christopher Street Day (CSD), der am 22.07.2017 stattfindet. Auch wenn dies nur den Möglichkeiten der digitalen Bildbearbeitung zu verdanken ist, kann damit durchaus die (reale) Offenheit der BVG gegenüber Lesben und Schwulen symbolisiert werden. Deren Gleichberechtigung im Unternehmen ist seit langem Praxis. (Der Zug ist in Photoshop „umlackiert“ worden.)<br>
