If you haven’t watched #TheCrownSeason5 I really recommend it. It’s a lot more than I was expecting. It opened my eyes to a lot of deeply rooted issues in British culture and it has a lot of history I didn’t know or really think about. And I was in my 20s during this period. It’s a very Frank look at how class and race collided with Diana’s dissatisfaction with her royal life. And ultimately lead to her death #thecrown

Watching the new series of #TheCrownSeason5 and can't decide if it feels more like fiction because I lived through it whereas previously felt more of a combination of historical fact with an acceptance of some level of fiction.

I keep waiting for the twist at the end but ENOUGH! Why is this season of The Crown maligning Diana and going out of its way to flatter Charles? They even cast a good-looking actor to makes the lay the erstwhile prince. Is there a twist at the end? Because…no. #TheCrownSeason5

Burned through #TheCrownSeason5 over the past few days, I have to admit there was something missing this series. Not sure if it was the story construction, the introduction of the new cast or how it’s so hard to find anyone/thing to root for anymore…but it lacked something.

Well, I thought the first episode of #TheCrownSeason5 was well done, but the sharpness hasn’t seemed to be carried through the next few episodes.

Who do I have to talk to about getting bagpipers or brass bands to play when I arrive places? I feel like my life soundtrack would be better if other people could also hear it.
