Do the Germans have a word for "the moment when excitement over your upcoming vacation turns to panic that you won't have enough time to do laundry and pack and finish up work and chores and get a haircut and buy sunscreen and toiletries without staying up late and possibly missing your train which causes insomnia which in turn makes it much more likely that you actually WILL oversleep and miss your train?

Or is that just me?
