royal<p>I bring in my car to the dealership for two services:<br>1 - A recall (this requires the dealer)<br>2 - an oil and filter change (I could get this done anywhere, but want to combine the visit).</p><p>The service department identifies almost four thousand dollars of additional service they want to perform. Some small fraction of it is necessary.</p><p>Then I get a call from the dealership wanting to buy my car. I tell them no. They persist. I tell them no. They persist. I hang up.</p><p>This is why people don't like going to the <del>dealership</del> stealership ! Respect your customers and they will love you. Treat them like this?
