I've only been watching for 5 minutes, and this episode immediately feels like a metaphor for something REALLY dumb.

I am not doing good at time management or indeed any approximation of knowing what day it is, but today was the last day to drop off art for the Somerville Open Studios and I managed to get this done just in time. Despite 1) running out of black thread (howwwww) and 2) goofing up the insignia the first time. Still. She looks good.

I probably did not need to agonize as much as I did over whether it’s the right shade of teal/blue but who am I even if I can’t overthink things.

In #StarTrekTNG's "Night Terrors", Kivas Fajo's vase from "The Most Toys" is still in the possession of the O'Briens ("Data's Day") after a brief stint in Beverly's quarters in "Family". It will be seen in many different quarters in later #TNG, #StarTrekVOY and #StarTrekENT episodes...

In #StarTrekTNG's "Night Terrors", Dr. Crusher uses the same device to scan Deanna Troi that Dr. Pulaski used to remove the styrolite in season 2's "Unnatural Selection". Dr. Crusher will later also use it to scan Odan in "The Host" - a multifunctional tool! :-)

My friends are here and we're watching #StarTrekTNG's "The Hunted" for the first time since I disovered the right-handed phaser. You know, you can really turn this into a drinking game. Each time the rare right-handed phasers is seen, you have to drink a shot!

The original version of #StarTrekTNG's "Night Terrors" begins with a slow fade-in featuring ominous music and the Enterprise-D flying by. For the remastering , this fade-in is much shorter and less atmospheric. The remastered "Transfigurations" (mid) still features the slow fade-in.
