Camp, Prozesse, Aktionen drum herum. Vom 28. bis zum 30.4. 2 Prozesse gestern endeten in 1. Instanz mit 30Tagessätzen à 30 Euro. Ein Berufungsprozess ( Osnabrück) wird am 8. Mai fortgesetzt. Wegen Besetzung des Dachs der <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/Brennelementefabrik" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Brennelementefabrik</a> vor 2 Jahren. Das soll Hausfriedensbruch sein. Dass es wiederrum einfach zu sein scheint auf dem Gelände einer Atomanlage zu gehen, dass die Anlage immer wieder störfälle hat, dass die Anlage zum Betrieb von AKW weltweit beiträgt... interessiert die Justiz nicht. Die Löcher im Zaun der Anlage wurden inspiziert. In den Gerichtsälen wurden die gleuchen Anträge je nachdem ob 1. Instanz oder 2. unterschiedlich behandelt. 1 Richter am AG Lingen hat gut 15 Menschen im Laufe der Verhandlung rausgeschmissen, im Saal nebean wars anders, die Wachmeisterei wollte pro aktiv Leute rausschmeißen , aber die Richterin meinte, nö, das habe sie nicht angeordnet. Zb als ich mich auf Stühle im Publikum zum zuhören hinlegte. Lange sitzen tut weh. Es gab immer mal kleine Aktionen, Gespräche mit Passant*innen beim Camp. Beteiligte sind zufrieden.
