I firmly believe that #Borderlands4 is going to be the guinea pig for Take Two to see how the market reacts to $80.
It's not about selling millions of copies, or "players" numbers, but if the sales are over or below expectations. If it's below, I bet #TakeTwo will try to justify the $100 price tag as hard as they can.
Final Zone「(FZ戦記アクシス」is a great looking retro inspired isometric shooter from Ratalaika (can't really go wrong with most of their games) that just came out on Steam (and it's on consoles, too, including Switch). It's fairly inexpensive, too (less than $5 right now), and on sale for a few more days.

Did any of you have the chance to play the original Planetside? I really loved Planetside 2 and played it a LOT in the summer of 2014 but I've heard some claim the original is significantly better than the original.
That's definitely a tall order but I wouldn't be surprised, since the first game dropped in 2003, during an era when FPSes were in a bit of a golden age, so I'm just curious if anyone on Retro Gaiden (or the Fediverse) has any stories!

Releasing Modern Warfare and then ending with Black Ops Cold war seems totally plausible to avoid subscribers dropping from Game Pass.

If Concord wants a chance to be a project that can sell six digits, they should scrap the #Multiplayer and give it a campaign.
