#weirdquestion - Does it bother anyone else when restaurants label a dish #ShepherdsPie when it has beef and thus should be #CottagePie? My fiancee and others in my life are tired of how much it bothers me.

Päätin kokeilla millainen shepherd's pie syntyisi jämämuusista, soijarouheesta ja Coopin pastakastikkeesta. Nyt tiedän: erinomainen. Tästä tulee vakkari.
Kuullotin valkosipulia ja paistoin rouheen öljyssä ennen vedellä jatketun kastikkeen lisäämistä. Muusiin lisäsin maitoa ja ranskankermaa jotta sain sen löysemmäksi.
