@andypiper I didn't coin it, but I appreciate its aptness to current events. I don't like it. However, while enduring the unfolding dystopia, some small things have brought me a measure of hope. Things like, my @murena phone, the #fediverse, selling my swasticar, motherfucking #SearxNG, and my youngest finding punk rock.

The world is going to hell in a handbasket, but there are tiny pockets hither and thither that help make the journey slightly more comfortable. =/

LLMs do many goods. But of course giving the query to the #LLM for every query is a real waste or resources. Needless to say about #privacy of the users.

I have abandoned all #Google services years ago. And I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

We need a #FOSS and #decentralized #searchengine which retrieves high quality. Like our #fediverse is not centeralized. But we don't have one yet(as far as I know). So for now, either use Google with a proxy such as #searxng or use #duckduckgo.

I agree #DDG is far from perfect. But it's far better than Google in my opinion and experience.

C FreeBrowser на Android пришлось распрощаться - багует, вылетает при повторном открытии окна в списке окон. Вчера вылетел на вашем сайте - ничего не помогло, в прошлый раз сессию удалось спасти очень быстрым закрытием проблемной вкладки. Сижу на Vivaldi (эй-эй-эй, разрабы Libre, вы свой Wolf для Android сделаете?). Как бы вы его НЕ ненавидели, всё-таки, именно его разрабы сделали Мастодону бесплатную рекламу - у них даже инстанс свой тут есть!

C FireFox обратный процесс: только он на старом планшете с Android и работает нормально, а больше на нём ничего и не работает! (вот и думаю, почему они такие хорошие программисты и такие плохие маркетологи...)

И, да, baresearch.org/ - всё, картинки не показывает, NSFW'щину плохо ищет. Сейчас я юзаю priv.au (для повседневного) и opnxng.com (для NSFW'нятины)
