Kelp and FernPremiering next Friday the 19th September at www.Youtube.com/@KelpandFern<br> <br> IT'S POSSIBLE - Paul Youd, Ultra-Marathons at 87<br> <br> My latest short film and documentary in which features the now infamous Paul Youd, the young whipper snapper is a mere 87 years old and got in to trail running, long distance walking and ultra-marathons just a handful of years ago.<br> <br> In this film we helped support and documented his journey around the entirety of a 50km ultra-marathon around Bath.<br> <br> His main support team were some lovely people from Running on Plants and other Vegan Runners.<br> <br> Paul wants to share his story of being an animal rights activist, fundraising for <a class="u-url mention" href="https://pixelfed.social/vivacharity" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@vivacharity</a> and how he got healthier moving to a plant-based diet over 20 years ago. Kelp and FernThis is Paul Youd, an 87 year old vegan ultra-runner that I had the honour of documenting his latest ultra-marathon adventure, 50km around the city of Bath!<br> <br> You read that right, 87 years old, VEGAN and smashing ultras!<br> <br> He was supported by <a class="u-url mention" href="https://pixelfed.social/runningonplants" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@runningonplants</a> and their team and everyone made it to the finish line, inspired by Paul and his story!
